"Bonjour, L'appartement est très bien, très bonne prestation. Toutefois, étant situé au dessus de la pâtisserie cafétéria, la mise en œuvre a partir de deux heures du matin est assez pénible, de même a l'ouverture vers 7h, le tape-tape de la machine a expresso.... Donc pas calme pour dormir. Autre point négatif au niveau du manque de calme, la route très passagère. Difficulté d'échanges avec la personne de l'agence car ne parle pas anglais, ni français. "

"This was a wonderful, clean, lovely apartment. We rented this one and another in the same building for our family visit and it could not have been more perfect. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were wonderful with clear communication and quick responses to any questions. We would happily stay here again. "

"The property itself is very nice, a clean and precious small flat like some of us live in. Silent, a Safe Spot for the car and you have like 3mins by feet to reach the beach main entrance and also only 3mins to the Center of Grado and its Shops, Bars, Restaurants. We booked it already 3 times and again already a 4th time for next year, I think that says a lot. Rino is very friendly, Check-in and out is totally uncomplicated. What we love most about this apartment is to have a washing machine...

"The place was cute, adequate for 2 people with a kitchenette and washer with drying rack. The owner left some treats and coffee and extra clean linens. The setting is picturesque, close to the coastline park. The biggest issue we had was the staircase is 82 steps up a steep incline, so the description of ground floor was slightly misleading. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with heart or breathing issues. "

"Mein Mann und ich sind zum 2.mal hier, die Wohnung ist gepflegt, hell und sauber, man kann sich problemlos selbst versorgen, es ist alles wichtige da. Chiara, die Vermieterin ist jederzeit zu erreichen, und gibt freundlich und hilfsbereit Auskunft, selbst wenn man nach dem Programm fragt, wo Fußball übertragen wird. Überwältigend ist der Ausblick vom Balkon aus, man kann sich nicht satt sehen. Wir werden so oft wie möglich wiederkommen. Danke Chiara"
