"Nice hotel in central location in Dunedin. Beds could be more comfortable. You have to reserve parking ahead of time or you have to pay for street parking. We had a nice big corner room and tried room service which had great food and snacks. The breakfast buffet also has a great variety. "

"Loved our stay here. Clean room, modern spaces. Helpful staff. Easy parking next door. Close to lots of shops and restaurants, a few blocks from the Octagon and the train station. Would definitely stay again!"

"This is a stunning hotel in a beautiful historic building. The restaurant is amazing and quality service all around. The only downside was the room was really lacking some amenities like coat hangers and space in the bathroom to put your belongings. "

"Excellent condition of the property generally. Minor negatives are the shampoo and body wash dispensers inside the shower are very difficult to squeeze out the liquid. Staff is very helpful. Overall a very satisfied stay."
