"The property is relatively nice. The staff is mostly young, inexperienced and a few initially had attitudes. An individual attitude did come around to become very pleasant. Another was apparently not a pleasant person. "

"This is a beautiful property, very central to most tourist attractions and not far from the airport. We've stayed in Phuket a lot and cannot recommend this property highly enough. Its beautifully designed and set out. The rooms are awesome especially if you have pool access. There is a great restaurant on site, very reasonably priced with a good variety of choices. The staff were extremely helpful and we loved our stay here."

"Unfortunately, when I got to Thailand, the original hotel that i had booked well, the so-called hotel. And after leaving there, after one night and then leaving for somewhere else in haste. The staff goes over and beyond to help you. They call it a hostel. I don't know why! You are given shampoo...

"This hotel is so lovely The lady at reception upgraded us to a lovely room, absolutely massive, balcony and king sized bed Only a 10 min drive from the Old town Only thing was the shower, wasn’t the best but still usable! Room came with a mini bar also X"

"The hotel is ok, a little tired and out of the way. Staff are friendly and its saving grace is that is close to Friday Cafe and Bistrot, which is very good and remarkably reasonable. If you do end up here I recommend a trip to the Old Town, a delight."
