"Spartan but clean and comfortable. I stayed in a deluxe room on the 5th floor. Large space, with plenty of power outlets and more amenities than I would expect at this price. "Everything was great, clean and the food was great too except that you have to pay 1000 THB in cash only as for security deposit, we know that it will be refunded after the checkout but still too much and we only got 1 key card. On the other hand, you can leave your id card instead of cash but still bad idea since we use id on a daily basis. "

"What safes Banmaikaew was their staff members, all of who were courteous, friendly and helpful. I was given a room on the ground floor facing the parking lot where drivers hung around. This means no privacy unless all the curtains were drawn so that wasn't great.
