"The hotel had a lovely view of the volcano and the mountains, but it was quite a long walk away from high street down a steep hill. It wasn’t a problem to do the walk a couple of times, but definitely not every day. "We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely spacious room with balcony, amazing views from the glass lined dining room. I enjoyed the pool every day although the water is bracing in February! Charming staff from the cheerful dining room manager to our room cleaner, to the receptionist who sent a cup of tea down to my wife when she felt unwell. Highly recommend! "

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a central location (right by Plaza de Espana), nice rooftop pool (with good views of the city) and a great rooftop bar, serving restaurant food in a nice relaxed setting. "I thought the hotel in general was amazing. The only downside (not the hotels fault) were the rooms were all north facing. This meant no sunshine all day and the rooms felt a bit cold because of this. Overall though the hotel was marvellous."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was spacious, clean and modern. It has usb chargers, chromecast and enough plug sockets. Rooftop bar and swimming pool was very convenient and can see views across Tenerife. "Todo bien"

"This hotel is a little gem, steeped in history and very central. The internal lounge area with it's palms and exotic plants is wonderful. I would recommend this hotel so long as you are not looking for luxury. There are lovely views from many rooms and the pool is good. Shame they don't offer tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Fixtures and fittings are sadly just looking a bit tired."
