"The apartment was clean but lacked any soap, shampoo, dishsoap or other cleaning products, which staff refused to provide. There is no AC and no fans are provided. The beds were of poor quality, one broke when someone lied down, however it was replaced quickly. Staff is friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, but there is no way to talk to someone on the phone, and there is no staff working in person at the hotel. "Beachfront, with nice view. Good location. Nice beach. No reception. Have to call to get pin number to get key from box. Will be an issue if you do not have a phone. But hotel was clean and reasonable for price."
