"Hardware is good.Service is bad. We drove all the way from Shenzhen to the hotel and when we pulled the car to the front of the hotel, a staff came out. His first comment was: you cannot park the car here! No greeting or welcome as we would have expected. How were we supposed to unload luggage?!! "No English spoken there. Toilets don't work. Entire hotel is filthy and carpets no vacuumed even while I was there. Only western food was hard boiled eggs. Only halt roll of toilet paper in room at any time. Then to top it off the tried to charge 1000 yuan or 50% more for the stay than the Expedia itinerary price on the booking. It's a 100% Dump all round. "

"Voici un hôtel dans lequel je ne remettrai pas les pieds ! Aucun personnel ne parle anglais (même ultra basique). Escalier sans ascenseur pour les 2 premiers étages. Sols pas nettoyés depuis plus de 3 ou 4 mois. WC & évier bouchés. Insonorisation nulle. Odeurs de cigarettes dans tout l'hôtel (et pourtant je suis moi même un fumeur). Petit déjeuner = uniquement un plat de soupe chinoise. A mon avis, il s'agit d'un hôtel de passes si je me fie à ce que j'ai pu voir et à la documentation reçue...

"the airport is about 10 minutes walk from XMN international nobody at the desk speaks english but will use a translator app to assist you i also did get to check in way in advance about 4 hours early so im thankful for that my room the beds were ok and clean but the bathroom had a foul moldy smell there are no smoking signs but even the guards were smoking indoors!?"
