Everyone was so nice and helpful, plus they did speak a bit of English or other languages. Also, the local bus was very close to the hotel to take into St. Moritz. Will definitely stay here again when in the St. Moritz area. "

"It’s an old building with lots of charm, however as it was relatively the most expensive stay on our trip, I was very disappointed with the facilities. The tea and coffee in the room was non existent. I asked for milk and was refused it as they said they didn’t supply it. We had one tea bag earl great and one tea bag vanilla. "Rooms were clean and provided fresh towels and sheets everyday. When we arrived we were welcomed by the receptionist Visiliki. She was wonderful and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities! Navigating the bus and trains to and from St Moritz can be confusing, as the hotel does not provide shuttles to the ski resort but they do provide free bus passes if you do not have one. Overall, great stay! We will be back. "
