"Staff was friendly, efficient and had empathy towards our needs. Upon confirming the first room given to us had a problem with the air conditioning, they agreed to change the room on the spot. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close enough to the main sea front street but also very quiet at night. If anything to be improved, I'd say the breakfast - but nothing that would keep me from recommending this nice property."

"We had cat feces in the hall outside our room, and we have sewage back up in both of our rooms, making our rooms and bathrooms smell terrible. We complained but they did not care. If you're looking for a quality place to stay - do not stay here. Terrible."

Huone epäsiisti, suihkusta tuli vuoroin tulikuumaa tai jääkylmää vettä. "Very dissapointed. The bed is old and ruined,restroom smelly,floor very dirty.Apartment not ready for a guests. The kitchen have an extension cable for cooker and is next to sink,safety concern.Socket on balkony is not working and in restroom is missing,only cables in the dedicated spot. Restaurant with no soups,vegetables and pizza.Gym all equipment in poor condition,or not working. Only good thing there is view from balcony and very impresive stone builds.Would not recomend"
