"We were on holiday 4 adults (my family) with my broher-in-law"s family (3 adults and a 12-year-old). The house is excellent for 8 people / 2 families (2 completely separated apartments), although when needed could sleep there 12 as well. The property is very well situated on the Lustica peninsula, in 5 km radius there are 4-5 beaches, good restaurants, Lustica Bay marina, supermarkets and markets, and so on .... Kotor is 12 km away, Tivat airport is 10 km away, Budva is 26 km away. Everithing...

"Bigova is a really lovely village and we had a really Nice stay with a beautiful view from the house. BUT…. We must say that the house did not live up to our expectations: The house was not clean-spiders in all corners of the ceilings, all walls very dirty (smashed muscitos, dirt etc), foodcrumbs in the oven, dust all over the place and dirty floors. Also we did not have access to the pool for two days in the very warm weather. The filter was blocked and did not work. It seemed like the pool had...

"Beautiful individual villa with a view that pictures cannot do justice to. Perfect description on VRBO but the pictures belie the size of the whole place. 2 large bathrooms (2 washing machines!) 3 large bedrooms. Outdoor space quiet and perfect for swim, exercise and BBQ. "The location and views from the property were amazing however the photos that were taken to advertise the property are very misleading and must have been taken some years ago. The property is very dated, and very unkept outside, the bbq area is unusable as it is disgustingly dirty, the cutlery and cups were also really dirty, the duvets supplied were all stained, the communication from the owner and their representative was really poor."

"Myself and family had a wonderful week in this villa. Right on the seafront with large private pool and beach area with direct access to the sea. Amazing views and sunsets. Has all the amenities you could possibly want and was extremely clean and modern throughout. The owner was always on hand if needed and very friendly and helpful but be aware that he lives on the ground floor with his wife which wasn’t clear in the villa details. "Lovely villa with an exceptional view. The villa was clean and was reasonably well equipped. Kotor itself is overrun with traffic and with cruise ship passengers. After our initial foray into town, we stayed closer to our the villa, which is a little bit north of the downtown area and is in a much quieter area"

"Sladja is a fabulous host, communication was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. The apartment is fabulous with direct access to the sea plus a private shaded pool and seating area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation recommending."
