The facilities of the hotel are great, everything you would realistically want in a hotel, great rooms and very convenient location, being located in the city centre. The staff are very kind and considerate, in one instance on short notice, they managed to secure us a high quality room. Very kind people. "Very central location close to shops and train station. Great value given size of the room and price of the breakfast. Enjoyed having choice of a bath and a shower plus being able to follow easy controls on air conditioning. Unfortunately the bed was not the most comfortable, the tea urn didn't ever get hot enough to make quality tea- and there were a lot of stairs!"
