"Service was great and facilities fine. Location super convenient near Termini but state of property much better than a lot of the BnBs in the area. Only issue was beds were really squeaky so I felt like I was making a lot of noise just rolling over and keeping everyone awake..."

I especially loved the coffee counter…and the sweet old man running it. The Italian grandpa you wish you had . I do wish the bidet were not so close to shower. Hard to take a shower with the door opening in instead of out :( "

"Very friendly receptionist, Ruby welcomed us with a lot of information of activities, provided a map and gave us all the directions to the main attractions. We’ve got a free upgrade into an annex building around the corner, very nice, spacious and clean room. Quiet space. Walkable distance to all main interest points. "Clean and very comfy beds. But property is dilapidated and in a state of repair. The breakfast is pretty basic and not worth paying for - there are tons of breakfast options within 4-5 minutes of the hotel."
