"Unfortunately we had a very bad experience on Tuesday the 29th May 18. First we had difficult time tracing this place as it's not sign posted from the main road. We finally arrived and packed our car by the gate for ten minutes waiting for the gate door bell to be answered as the gate was not manned. "We were three couples who had booked and paid Thomson Falls through hotels.com. When arriving in the evening the Lodge said they had no booking and they had cancelled the cooperation with hotels.com. And the Lodge was completely full. No help and support to find a solution. Watch out! Swedish visitors"

"The host was very welcoming. Property exterior nicely done though under development. Hotel room needs a facelift and pimping up of exterior. Door broken and needs fixing. Location superb but access could be improved especially due to slipperiness diring wet season"
