"The person at desk when we got there did not even look up from what she was typing to ask if she could help us. She continued to type, and when she was good and done, she finally checked us in. The rest of the stay was amazing. The room was clean. The hotel was beautiful, and ALL the rest of the staff were excellent! The shuttle was a great asset. We could park our car and they would take us where we needed to go (within 2 miles) or come get us. We didn't need to drive. "

"Room layout was nice and it was a comfortable stay. Breakfast wasn't as extensive as I usually find at Residence Inn. In addition, on one day during our stay, the breakfast buffet opening was delayed by almost one hour."

"Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Appeared dated, could use some refreshing. There wasn't any utensils, cups and plates, or cooking items. No breakfast offered. The staff was friendly. Overall it was a decent value, if I am in the area again I would stay again."
