"We booked this hotel as it was the cheapest option over the Braderie weekend. Obviously prices were excessively inflated in all Lille hotels for the weekend, so this seemed much more reasonable value. We also booked a room with sharing communal toilet and bathroom - which I have to say, I was incredibly nervous about. The reality was the hotel was absolutely fine. Sharing facilities is a slightly strange experience, but was manageable for a weekend! The hotel was a 25 minute walk from the centre...

"Basic motel within a couple of minutes drive of the autoroute. Friendly staff. Decent bed. Bathroom a bit cramped, but clean. Big TV on the wall. Excellent car park. Supermarket within a 5 minute walk. McDonald’s and another restaurant close by. Very good value for money."

"What the pictures don’t show is that, the toilet is so tiny that I couldn’t stretch out my 2 hands while inside the toilet ( and by toilet I mean the wc, the washing basin and the shower room combined ). And this tiny toilet doent even have an extraction fan inside of it so Goodluck with any smell that could get into the room. The rooms don’t have a ventilation system so you can only open the window for fresh air to come in. When I was searching for a place, I remember considering this hotel vs...

"all good , couple of notes from myself to make experience exceptional, 1 ) the person who make the booking should be allocated to the best room in house. mine was off the street , there were no disturb but i can see a problem comoing from there 2) there was drainage odour which was unpleasant "

"Adresse fonctionnelle 100% autonome C’est peu ´chaleureux, mais surtout l’impossibilité de verrouiller la porte avec une clef, lorsque je m’absente ne me rassure pas sur la sécurité des biens laissés à l’intérieur. Pour le reste, un sans faute - Qualité literie ok - Propreté ok - Wifi ok - vue sur ville de la chambre St Jean très sympa / sans vis à vis 👍 - Ameublement, équipement, style convaincants Important de mentionner l’absence d’ascenseur et l’escalier un peu étroit avec bagages. "Despite the hotel manager staying up to let us in late, our experience was not great. Room was extremely basic and run down, toilet cistern jammed each time you flushed. On the plus side the breakfast was ok. "
