"A GEM in Palermo!!!! Safe gated parking… Wonderful menu at the restaurant on site and the staff could not have been more helpful. In fact, we met the owner who was welcoming and extremely gracious. Compared to the hotels in Palermo Center, this is truly the best option outside of the center. WE WILL RETURN. "

"Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it"

"Is a beautiful 5-room hotel on the 1st floor of a building. The staff is magnificent. At first you might be shocked about the surrounding area, but you will soon realize it is very well located less than a hundred meters to the right you have the Duomo and if you walk to the left, you soon arrive at the Market where you can have a great lunch."
