"The property is in outskirts of Port blair. There is no wifi available in the hotel. Also, Hotel did not recharge the TV also even after several requests. It was like completely cutoff from outside. Not a pleasant stay."

"I found Supreme Palace to be all I needed while spending a week in Port Blair. The staff were extremely polite and respectful. Nothing that I asked for was refused and they were concerned about my plans for daytime activities. The hotel though not near the centre is not too far away that you can’t walk to the bazaar. Transportation can be accommodated if you either want to talk tours or drive yourself by car or motor scooter. "

They called me post 10pm when I was sleeping to ask at what time I'll be checking out. I shared my experience during checkout. The manager told me that they'll upgrade my room during the next stay. But the upgrade didn't happen. They showed me the exact room which I'd booked and told me that it's the upgraded room. Other rooms were sold out. I told them it was the same...

"Our second time at the Bay Leaf on our trip to the Andaman Islands. We found the BL to be a modern well run hotel and a good central location. We stayed in two types of rooms we found both to be of a good standard. Eg: comfortable beds, clean well maintained bathrooms and good AC/Fans. The rooftop restaurant /Bar is a nice place to eat dinner or enjoy a cocktail overlooking Port Blair, once again we found the level of service excellent. Probably the best accommodation we have found on this...

"I won’t recommend this property to anyone as staying here will have more problem and won’t be able to enjoy their time. It is not at all well maintained, AC doesn’t work, wifi has no signal, Bathrooms flush didn’t work, water all over the place in the property ."
