"Expedia’s pictures of room were not correct. When I asked the Hyatt desk clerk about it, she said the pictures expedia posted were for the presidential suite and not the corner suite which is what I purchased. I was expecting one thing but got something completely different "

"The people who checked us in and out were wonderful! The hotel was good for our daughter who is in a wheelchair. The only negative we had was our shower water was so cold, no hot water. Otherwise, wonderful stay!"

"There is a $42 a night valet requirement unless you park on the street. Both the sink and tub were very slow to drain."

"This is a beautiful hotel only 3 minutes from Broadway. The rooms are up to date and clean. The only downside is the area is boarded up and have posters falling off. There are also strip clubs less than a block away. While the hotel was great, the area was lacking. I did not feel comfortable walking around. "
