"1. Photos are not accurate. 2. Rooms does not have windows at all. 3. Whole hotel including hallways smell of cigarette. It is suffocating sometimes. 4. Bathroom doors are broken 5. They had not provided toiletries in the bathroom, have to call reception for smallest of the things. 6. We booked the hotel with breakfast, the staff never informed us that there is breakfast there , had to go out and eat breakfast 2 out of 3 days. 7. The hotel room service people did not know how to talk."
