Also, the view for sunset was blocked by nearby buildings which was a bit disappointing. And the room we stayed had a smoking odour which was a bit unpleasant. "nice and cosy place near the shinkansen station but you'll have to commute to the city centre (sannomiya) or take a 15 min walk (10 if you walk fast). cleanliness is excellent and hostel is not crowded as well, making for a very comfortable stay. only catch is that check in times are strictly adhered to."
