"The hotel was very good and bed comfortable and i am hard to please with beds. The only downside was the view from.my window of rubbish bins but no smell or anything. I would stay again"

"Because we were staying for Crufts the hotel was extremely busy and it did take a long time to check in. The room was good, the bed was comfy, we couldn't get the sofa bed to open up so my friend slept on the sofa as it was. The bathroom was very small and there was a crack in the sink which considering we paid nearly £500 for two nights I did think it wasn't very good. There was also cigarette ends outside the window, there is no smoking in the hotel so why were they there and why hadn't they...
