"Had to get someone on the street to call the place to open the gate . Was given the code over the phone . No signpost to indicate it was the hotel . Looks run down and not a 5 star but a 1 star . No meals on site or a bar . I was told to go to the mall for my dinner but breakfast was offered . "

"The door safety lock was missing and the shower rose was so bad that it wss a waterfall not a shower. Staff offered to get switch it with one from the next room. Asked why it was not replaced and was told the owners have been repeatedly told about but they were ignored. No ceiling fan only an a/c which is unsuitable on cold and rainy days or if you have dry skin and avoid using too much air-conditioning.
