"We loved this hotel, location and the staff, but booked it for a wellness point of view which we did not get. There is no wellness area, there are several pool areas which were chaotic with guest from the hotel and external. Lots of children everywhere. There isn’t a specific spa area just treatment rooms and the saunas were out of use due to a fire. It is however a lovely hotel and great place to stay but nothing relaxing about it. "

"This was probably the best experiences we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were greeted by Peter who is a top notch receptionist. He sat with my husband and I for 30 minutes giving us all of the local recommendations and highlighting 3 different maps. The place was warm and cozy, they offered a breakfast basket to be delivered to your room and it was in a great location!"

"The apartment has poor accommodation, meaning the whole furniture is old and the impression is of an old place, no recondition was done, is like you live in the ‘80. "We stayed for 1 night travelling from Salzburg to Venice. A clean and friendly family feel to this place in a spectacular location with supermarket couple of mins drive away. Staff were welcoming and helpful and supplied a good breakfast. Our room was fairly basic but gave what was required but we did have to report a running toilet and the room got very hot due to heatwave and lack of any air con. Balcony was an added bonus. "

"COOEE Bad Kleinkirchheim is an exceptional place to stay with children. The staff are brilliant and the food is tasty, varied and exceptional value. "Overall an amazing hotel and beautiful area, I just got an “family room” with door option to the neighbor room and could hear every sound, sadly the neighbors with 2 kids screamed most of the night as well as the morning. "
