"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. "Wonderful hotel with great amenities, including access to the swimming pool and a complimentary buffet breakfast. It's in a lovely location, right on the banks of Lake Bled. We opted for a "Park View" rather than a "Lake View", which meant our balcony was overlooking the car park and the road, so was a little noisy during the day. Next time we would pay the extra for a lake view. Despite that, we loved our stay and would absolutely return to this hotel. "

"Gorgeous new hotel - with cozy interiors and luxury fittings. Superb location (right next to the lake). Very friendly staff and their spa facilities were wonderful. Would highly recommend getting their classic massage. "

"Cozy, well stocked, and perfectly located suite! Everything was within walking distance, including the bus/train station. There weren’t many English channels on TV (totally expected that), but they do have YouTube, Netflix, etc. Cute little set up and lots of light. Self check in/out was easy, and it was just the perfect place to stay right in the city. I’d absolutely return. "
