"It’s an old building with lots of charm, however as it was relatively the most expensive stay on our trip, I was very disappointed with the facilities. The tea and coffee in the room was non existent. I asked for milk and was refused it as they said they didn’t supply it. We had one tea bag earl great and one tea bag vanilla. "Hauser hotel is a very convenient location next to the funicular to the Corviglia ski area. The rooms and amenities are basic however they are clean and comfortable, and the price is reasonable.
