"I spent one night at the Hilton and chose that Hilton because it was close to the cruise port where I was joining a ship the next day. The hotel arranged a driver to collect me from the airport who was exceptional. My luggage was lost and the flight was late and he waited for me and was absolutely charming. The staff at check in were so polite, kind and personable. There wasn’t a single member of staff who did not greet me every time I saw them. The hotel is spotless. I was told by one member...

The reception ladies are great, they made me feel welcomed specially that it was my first time in Durban. The security guards was really good, very welcoming as well. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a nice sea view and it's very quiet, you get to relax.Just wish they could just could take case of the building outside, it really need some work. "
