"Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. The rooms are very noisy, with I’m guessing, limited soundproofing. The hairdryer however was one of the best I have used in a hotel. The reception and breakfast areas are pleasant. "Arrived 10pm at night, not sure howbto check in initially but then Receptionist appeared who was able to check me in &.gave me my room card, we was on the 2nd floor room no. 24 at the end, stairs to two levels were outside - Receptionist offered me help with my bags... "We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. Facilities were comprehensive too with a well stocked gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sunbathing area. A great place to stay."
