There is also very limited dining in surrounding area but the restaurant in the hotel is great. Due its location, there is little to sometimes no uber or taxi available hence it can be pricey getting a car via the concierge. The AC does not turn on because it is cooler times, no choice but need to open the semi balcony door for cool air / circulation however bugs will come in. Had to clip the curtain together with hair clip and spray curtain with bug spray to prevent bugs from entering. Have to close doors by dawn to stop ferry noises, or mum the public’s chit...

"We loved that the hotel was just across the road from the train station. We arrived at night and had a room with a balcony overlooking Lake Como. The view in the morning was just awesome! All the staff were really friendly and helpful and spoke English. We went off season so there didn’t appear to be much open nearby apart from a restaurant next door but it was a beautiful location and perfect for what we needed. "
