"I was greeted very warmly by the front desk supervisor at the Crowne Plaza hotel by the name of Kingsley, Li She was very welcoming. She was thoughtful. She make sure I had what I needed. She greeted us with a two bottle of water. She would give us a chair to sit while we wait. The service was amazing. I recommend anyone whoever go to Crunk Plaza, Chan to look for Kingsley.
