"we had a very nice large twin room for our 1 night stay and it was really comfy. the only negative was there was only a net curtain up at the bathroom window and as it was at the front of the hotel there was something of a privacy issue.but that aside we would stay there again."

"Unlike other hotels the Velvet lives up to expectations and delivers what it promises. We were met by a great host and given a glass of Prosecco on check in. One of our rooms wasn’t quite what we expected but we were quickly moved to another room which exceeded expectations and our stay was amazing. We would recommend and so would our friends who we booked the other room for. Great value for money and fabulous rooms! "

Super-convenient. Literally three minutes' walk from Manchester Piccadilly and opposite Social, a well-reviewed dining spot. Would definitely stay again. "

No pancakes, waffles for kids or overnight oats for myself, but otherwise all very tasty. Just my opinion having stayed in other hotels. "
