Cons Breakfast is a buffet style with Rice, Noodles and Vegetables, and Chicken. Eggs are boiled but almost RAW. You can toast your own bread with butter and jelly. Coffee is ok. The rooms are not very clean. Ours was a Non-smoking on the 4th floor, but it smelled like cigarettes. There is Hot water in the shower. Only one half used roll of toilet paper was available. "This is a great place to stay if youre trip is about wildlife. The resort is very well done and the lodges well equipped and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are good, delicious food and friendly helpful staff and the plunge pool is a great way to spend an hour or so. Location is great, only a short walk to the Orangutan rehabilitation centre and Sun bear sanctuary. There's nothing much else around but this suited us. "The accommodation and food was nice, we were let down by the tours and communication. The night walk was disappointing as we walked very close to our accommodation, so was not really the jungle walk we were expecting. However the river cruises were good, apart from being let down by our boat breaking down within the first 10 minutes of our tour and being stuck in the water for over 20 minutes. This time was just taken from our tour time therefore we had a shorter river cruise than other groups...
