"Our hostess, Aubra, met us within minutes of us ringing her through WhatsApp as per the directions on the door. Our room was on the ground floor and very easy to access. A/C worked great! My only complaint is no shampoo was provided in the bathroom. The hotel is just steps away from Casa del Moro Rey (listed as a National Monument) and the local peacocks who reside there kept us entertained in the small plaza by the front door. "The cleanliness could have been better, especially the towels smelled a bit old. However, if you're looking for a "apartel" in a good location, then this is it! You have tons of restaurants and boutiques right outside, as well as the beach, with one of Estepona's most famous ice cream stores, reachable in 2-3 minutes. We would stay again, despite the small flaws."

"We arrived about 2pm to be told check in was at 4pm. Which was completely acceptable. We finally got into our apartment at 5.15pm, after having been up since 3.30 am for an early flight , this wasn't a good start . We weren't given enough towels for five of us , and there were only four beds, despite our booking being made for 2 adults and three children. On enquiring about this , I was told there was a 10 Euro surcharge per night for a fold away bed , which would have cost us another 120...
