"Have stayed here over the years without any problems, but this time around not so good. Clothes and shoes stolen by another traveler who left early in the morning without checking out. Although they knew who it was they didn’t want to get involved themselves but suggested I deal with it myself with the tourist police. "The Hotel Casabermeja is an excellent place to overnight en route from or to Malaga. It is a good example of a traditional Spanish travellers' stopping place. We arrived at 22.55 and, even though the kitchens close at 23.00, they stayed on and gave us an excellent supper.
