"Look, it's a budget hotel with tradesmen getting in about 5 PM and out again from 0600 am onwards. If you can't handle that, look elsewhere. Also, it is not easy to find without GM and a vehicle, and the nearest supermarket is 2 km walk away for a microwave meal at the hotel. All that said, if you understand your choice, it is a good clean option that has served me well while I am in the Nice region. "It’s a budget hotel, so you must expect basic room, and I was happy with everything about it. It was close to the bus, the train, the supermarket, and the beach. Staff friendly and hard working. I would stay again!"

"The hotel was nice and clean, within less than a minute from the beach. Equally close to the train station and to downtown too. Staff was very friendly. If you have a choice, don’t book rooms with windows facing the street, there’s a noisy bar outside and they stay open past 2-3AM. keeping the windows closed helps."
