The location in Old Town is fantastic. Apt is very small but has everything you need. The bedroom and bathroom are located in the basement level which can be a bit challenging if you have mobility issues or small children.

Good weeks holiday
Very good location in the old town, only a short walk to the market, shops and restaurants. Met at the property by Clara who gave us a good introduction to the property, and was also very helpful in giving ideas for visits to places around Antibes. Overall very pleased with the whole experience.

A quaint converted boathouse in a good location just below the ramparts in a quiet location. Easy access to the old town town, Picasso Museum and lovely beaches. The property is accessed via a shared entrance up several steps. The living/dining area is on this upper level and seemed well equipped. There is a small easily opened window with no particular view but the jasmine just outside smells great. The kitchen is somewhat bijou but not uncommon in the Old Town. There is no dishwasher but there is plenty of crockery and a large fridge and a dining breakfast bar in rustic style. Bedroom and bathroom is downstairs which are quite steep but there is a helpful handrail on one side. There is a child gate at the top of the stairs. Bathroom is modern with double shower modern toilet and sink. There is a electric heated towel rail to dry any used towels and there is a washing machine also. The bedroom is large with a large comfortable bed and double wardrobe. The floors are solid cobble style tiles so not that comfortable to walk on. The bedroom itself is below ground level outside so the window is quite high and not that easily opened. If the wooden shutters are opened you are quite exposed to people looking in but there are some Venetian blinds but you need to be over 1.8mto reach the control or stand on a chair. If you don't open the wooden shutters you are in a cave. There wifi was very poor intermittent and probably not in property. It was not fixed during my stay.

Kind and Responsive Hosts
We enjoyed two weeks at Clara and Pierre's apartment, conveniently located on the edge of Old Town Antibes. We had a few initial service requests, which they took care of promptly and cheerfully. Clara sat down with us and gave us recommendations for restaurants and activities. A great experience!

The property including both rooms, is terribly dark. In the photos it was bright & light.The water comes out of the tap a brown color which seemed decidedly dangerous. The stairs to the bedroom are terribly steep

Lovely stay in Le Safranier, Antibes Ol Town
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely quirky house with its interesting French styleinterior. It was decorated to a high standard & Clara was a lovely host. We will definitely stay again, an ideal quiet location just a few steps from the promenade, le marche & the Ramparts.

Extremely clean and quiet apartment in Antibes
My husband and I stayed for three weeks in Clara's wonderful apartment in Antibes. The apartment was very clean, one of the cleanest apartments we have ever rented. It was well located, with restaurants, grocery stores, a market, and bakeries within walking distance. We walked everywhere from the apartment, including to the train station and bus station which are about a 20-25 minute walk, dependent upon pace. We did not have a car, and really did not need one. We were able to easily explore old Antibes, and go for lovely evening walks along the rampart by the sea. The apartment itself is very comfortable. We used the oven and the washing machine, both of which worked well. There is one flight of stairs up to the apartment. Once in, there are stairs from the main floor kitchen and living room down to the bathroom and bedroom. The apartment is very quiet at night for sleeping. The bed is comfortable, the shower is excellent, and there is a wonderful towel warmer! Communication was very good and we very much hope to return! Thank-you very much, Clara!

This pretty little apartment was perfectly located in the southwest corner of Vieux Antibes, perhaps 150 metres from the sea, the market and cathedral. A perfect place to become part of a beautiful Côte d’Azur community for your stay. The owner was charming, informative and accessible. Just lovely.

Fantastic apartment. Clara and her daughter were very helpful. The accommodation was clean, fresh and modern with everything you might need. Perfect location- close to all amenities, yet tucked away enough for a peaceful nights sleep. We were able to arrive early and leave later, which really helped as we were travelling with a baby. Safety gate in apartment so our daughter was free to crawl around. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending or revisiting.

Das Appartment war gemütlich, ruhig und zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Alles prima, so wie erwartet Leider wurde eine veraltete Adresse übermittelt, und wir standen dann vor einem Appartment zu dem der Schlüssel nicht passte, was den Urlaubsanfang ein wenig holprig machte. Aber das liess sich durch einen Anruf schnell klären.

un peu lugubre
j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à me sentir bien dans cette location. la vue de la fenêtre est vraiment triste, un mur et l'arrière d'un restaurant. on ne voit même pas la mer et le ciel. la chambre en rée de chaussée étrange.

Tolles Appartement in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Appartement verbracht. Es liegt in der tollen Altstadt von Antibes, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen - Strand, Restaurant, Einkaufen uvm. Da die Altstadt zum großen Teil für den Autoverkehr gesperrt ist hat man eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre und Ruhe 😉 für einen guten Schlaf. Clara und ihr Team sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Rundum klasse! Danke liebe Clara.
