"The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "

"Residence con reception esterna e ad orari limitati. Miniappartamento buono x 2 persone, oltre occorre avere buono spirito di adattamento. In estate, in inverno gli spazi risultano molto limitati. Forniture camera cucina e bagno complete, piscina nella hall principale è quindi esterna a residence (occorre uscire da appartamento all’esterno). Panorama mozzafiato, tavolino in resede esterno utile in estate. "

This was taken while paragliding in Allevard. The drop zone was just down from The Tower where friends were letting us stay so we had to fly right over the place! The La Tour du Treuil (The Tower of the Trellis) dates back to the year 1170, when it was in the hands of two brothers, Feliks and Marc Croy-Chanel, heirs to the Hungarian throne. Since then ownership has changed at the whim of the political and economic status of the region. In early 2001 it under-went an extensive two million dollar restoration project by its new owners who transformed it into the perfect harmony between the past and the present. My family and I are extremely gratefully to the Turo family for the generous opportunity to spend part of our summer here and the fabulous memories we will always cherish.
