Slice of Heaven 3/2 camp on lakefront w/ boathouse

Lake House on Toledo Bend situated on Lanan Bay with easy access from Louisiana & Texas. Excellent fishing spots with an abundance of crappie (sac-a-lait) spots as well as bream, catfish, and many species of bass to be hooked. For the avid hunter, the surrounding area offers plenty of excellent hunting opportunities. Other amenities include Cypress Bend Golf Club, a beautiful 18-hole championship course with a waterfront layout offering spectacular views of Toledo Bend. The adjoining Cypress Bend Park offers a sandy beach to lay back and relax. For the young at heart, the brand-new Toledo Bend Family Adventure Park will offer a water park, mini golf and many more fun filled family times.
Located in a friendly neighborhood subdivision directly on Toledo Bend Reservoir in Louisiana. The neighborhood has two boat launches, and the property comes complete with a large boat house equipped to store either your pontoon or bass boat, perfect for that easy launch for a sunset cruise or that early morning dash to your bass tournament winning fishing spot.
There are local convenience stores offering gasoline, tackle and bait. A selection of restaurants, grocery stores, a hardware store and tackle store are located 10 minutes from the property.
Property
The property offers an extensive master bedroom with king size bed and ample closet space. The en-suite master bathroom offers a walk-in shower. There are a further two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds, and a full bathroom. The open living space offers plenty of room to cook, eat and relax. Outside you will find a covered carport large enough for two cars and a covered front porch to relax and watch the world go by. Adjoining the property is an enclosed sunroom complete with heating/cooling, reclining leather sofas and a large screen HDTV, perfect for watching the big game or a favorite movie. Attached to the sunroom is an open deck, great for grilling or just taking in views of the boat house and those spectacular Toledo Bend sunsets. The expansive back yard is gently sloped, perfect for letting the kids run free or to setup a rental inflatable water slide. The yard has an enclosed area, perfect for keeping your pet confined.

Fishing was great. Was very hard for us two old ladies wade through water to get to pier so we had to spend all day out there. Never was told where key to tv room was but found when we’re leaving stocked very well but no blender. Storm and window blowing in was scaring but we made it. Loved the swing. We would recommend

Great view, everything you need for day to day living is there and all good quality. Doc is fantastic, views of the lake are beautiful. Just a great place to really sit, relax, fish, boat, whatever you want to do. Theater room is excellent, it let's some of your party stay up and be loud and the rest sleep. All in all a fantastic home and we will be back.

A Slice of Heaven was a great experience. It was a beautiful place and had all that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The generator was amazing. We had a bad storm with power outage and it came on immediately. We will return for another visit.
