"The property is in a gated community and very quiet.The backyard is beautiful! I was the only one staying that night. It's a three bedroom, three bath house with very comfortable seating areas inside and out. Staff prepared a delicious steak dinner with fresh made fries and salad. Since I was leaving early, they prepared a breakfast to go. I would definitely stay at Sunbird Guesthouse again!"

"It is not what is advertised, leaking and falling ceilings, mouldy bathrooms, dirty, smelt weird and don't know how this can be classified as a 3 star hotel.... cancelled our booking immediately and owner/management was completely unhelpful and trick you with false information. Disappointing and felt unsafe."

"My name is Tinotenda I had a reservation from the 13th of April to the 19th this was the best time of my life everything was just amazing and esthetic I felt like a new person when I was staying at Hyatt Regency thank you so much guys and I can’t complain everything was perfect and everything was nice and polite . This is the best Hotel in town if you are looking for the words Fancy and esthetic "
