"The location of Citadines was perfect! Very close to the port, & several attractions. The best part was the proximity to the train /subway, to Tokyo! Loved the lounge. They also have a lounge for guests; it was light filled, quiet & comfortable. They have a laundromat, though we did not use it. Highly recommend this hotel for a pre cruise stay."

"We used the built in washer/dryer, very convenient. Full equipped kitchen. Great view. We were upgraded to a suite, very nice. We had a late departure and they allowed us to stay in owners lounge until it was time to leave."

"They provided the free shuttle from terminal 2. I enjoyed the big public bath all by my self. The dining option was limited near by. 2 minutes to closest 7-11. "

"Clean and quiet room in a great central location. The breakfast buffet was very nice as well with a wide variety of foods. There is also an excellent running path not far from the hotel along the bayfront."
