This place is perfect for 4 groups with adequate privacy in a lively part of town. It is a clean and pretty spacious unit with a living room and 2 bedrooms. Beds are comfortable. Unit is on the top floor of the building with limited space in the elevator so keep that in mind when packing. Close to grocery and the unit is walkable to the train station. The unit does not have paper towels in the kitchen or a broom so you couldn't really clean much. Unit does not have an AC so you have to keep the windows open (which can be a little noisy at night) and the fans that we did have were dirty. One of them didnt work. Overall, would recommend a stay here for a large group and wanted to save a bit of money!

Nice, (very urban!), location
I stayed with my wife, our adult daughter and her girlfriend. The apartment is a nice walk from the Bahnhof. The apartment is not air conditioned, but being on the top floor, it gets nice breezes in the evening, and all the doors.windows open. All the doors and windows also have shades and shutters to keep the sun from warming the apartment during the day. Be aware, though, that this is apartment is near the railroad yard leading to the Bahnhof, and right at a very active intersection with three bars. You will sleep with a low hum of African bar music, and train brakes squealing. (With all the windows and doors open, I awoke at 4 a.m. to the sound of glass crashing. Concerned my wife or daughter had knocked-over the shelf of glasses in the kitchen, I checked, only to find it was a good, old-fashioned bar fight below us, on the street and sidewalk, complete with broken bottles as weapons!) Welkommen zu Zűrich! Also, there is only one key, so while it sleeps 6 people, you have to stay together or coordinate who has the key. Don’t worry, though, if you get stuck outside waiting for the family member with the key, there is LOTS of free entertainment. (If you speak German of Colonial African French well enough, you might even be able to negotiate a lower hourly rate with the “girls” who approach you!

Very central & convenient for Train Station
Very lovely clean & comfortable apartment. Noisy at night as our stay was a holiday weekend but double glazed windows were very effective. Suggestions: Air conditioning would be a must for summer months & upgrade your bedding & towels.
