Hotel is nice and clean, good breakfast. Coffee available 24/7 is definitely a plus. Rooms are basic, no fridge, no iron, no air conditioning. Little noisy because of the proximity to the airport. Location is excellent however, would stay there again.

Very close to Rumlang station. Rooms are clean, comfortable and relatively new looking. For 10 CHF per person, they have airport shuttle service every 30 minutes in the morning hours. Free breakfast which is good. Coffee and water available in dining area all 24 hours for free. We definitely recommend.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Limited Breakfast Options I stayed at Jet Hotel in Rümlang ( Zurich) recently and was very disappointed with the experience. 1. Staff and Service: The staff were unhelpful and inattentive, which made my stay uncomfortable. I felt that my concerns were not addressed properly, and there was a lack of professionalism in how they handled guests. 2. Breakfast Options: The breakfast was very limited, with almost no options for vegetarians. It felt like they didn’t consider dietary preferences at all, which is quite disappointing for a hotel of this standard. I expected better quality and service based on the hotel’s reputation and price. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short of expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve.

Shuttle bus from the airport to hotel, small charge but very convenient. Fantastic staff, really helpful and pleasant. Free wi fi. Hot drinks available at all times. Good, clean room, lovely bathroom. Excellent, well laid out, buffet breakfast. Lots of choice. Outside seating area nicely planted. 2 minute walk to station and buses into Zurich city or the airport.
