I have a bit of a mixed review, one staff provided repeatedly hostile service, and made me want to leave the morning after check in. He was the evening worker who checked us in. The hostility carried into booking our spa time, and I avoided the front desk and him after this. The hotel itself was lovely, I enjoyed the views, the food, and found my room very comfortable. Got there at 9pm so we walked the hill in the dark. It was adequately lit. Our triple room was much larger than expected. Bed was beyond comfortable! The shower was small but had great water pressure. No conditioner - that was tough. Restaurant was pricey but the food was fabulous. Can’t go wrong with this place!

It was perfect holiday for us. The person who is working on hotel is so kind and generous against us. The restaurant had delicious food dinner and breakfast. It is really top of Zurich. I highly recommended the hotel for everyone.

Staying at the top of Zurich is great. However it was troubling having to pull our luggage up a huge hill to get to the hotel. And they also had no air conditioning in the room. With it being summer, it was absolutely boiling in the room. However, nice stay, the view and the restaurant are great.

This hotel is beautiful. It is away from the city with a short walk from the train station to the hotel. There are beautiful views of the city of Zurich and the lake and mountains. The staff of the hotel were very efficient and accommodating. The only complaint we had was on the Saturday night there was a wedding and the guests were very loud until 2:00 am. The other two nights we were there it was very quiet.
