The apartment is in a 250-year-old farmhouse and is located in the beautiful Zurich Oberland. with a view of the mountains and to the Obersee. Here are from various hikes are possible with very beautiful viewpoints.  To this house belong a barn and various animals: mother cows, 2 donkeys, 1 dog, 12 cats, 3 turtles and in the summer pigs.

Kind hosts, they respect privacy
GREAT location, spacious and generous apartment; mini-fridge, stove; washer/dryer - amazing! Note that the owners don't speak English, so for our 2-day visit, they had to request a neighbor come translate. All went fine, though. Lower/ground level, one can smell local cattle (it is surrounded by lush pasture-land); upper level, you can smell household pet.

It was the most peaceful place to stay ever!!! Plus the hosts were beyond amazing.
We loved the place however, we are not the type to stay in someone else’s home. It was a private apartment inside the home (with a garage space as well) but we are not as comfortable with that. Although, we had our two dogs with us and they even offered to watch them for us one day. This has nothing to do with the property but just know apparently, when going to Switzerland it is illegal to put your pet in any kennel (even though ours were in their kennel without being put in their it’s their safe space it’s still a no no there)! Just be advised about pet policies we couldn’t go to dinner for 1 hour and leave the pets. However, this place was truly majestic and the owners are beyond amazing you even have your own terrace to sit and enjoy the view.

Paradiesische Lage
Da die Gemeinde/Stadt in der Schweiz die Lagebezeichnungen der Ortschaften verändert hat, gestaltete sich die Suche nach der Adresse schwierig. Die Straße gab es in unserem Navi nicht. Deshalb sollte bei der Buchung eine bessere Beschreibung erfolgen. Die Suche hat sich gelohnt. Paradiesische Lage, paradiesische Ruhe, paradiesische Vermieter. Bei uns war "Auf Wiedersehen" ein Versprechen, keine Floskel.

Ich habe nach einer Unterkunft für eine Nacht gesucht. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich und wiebim Inserat angepriesen. Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus und waren stets als Ansprechpartner erreichbar. Gerne wieder!
