I was pleasantly surprised by the property. The location was very good, the tram stop was 40 seconds away, and only 20 mins to the centre of Zurich. The surrounding area was lovely. The lake was only 5 minutes away, and a lovely walk along the lake, passing various swimming areas. I had a studio apartment on the 4th floor, which was very comfortable and large enough for two people. Had all the facilities, no normal oven though. Didn't miss it :)

Excellent place to stay. Centrally located and outside a Tram stop that gets you to most places including the center of Zurich. The place is well maintained. There are laundry facilities on site and local amenities nearby in terms of local supermarket within walking distance. Nice apartment hotel but little noisy in the night
The apartment hotel is in good location where grocery stores are in walking distance, the tram bus stop is in front of the hotel. Only fownfall is the noise level from the street during night time. The trams run 24/7 and can disturbances.
