PENDO 2 apartment with sea view, near beaches and Dubrovnik

This 55m2 size apartment is placed in a typical sea side town called Mlini, only 10-15 min drive from Dubrovnik. Since it is located between the city and the airport, it is convenient for those who wish to explore the wider area with a rented vehicle (private parking is available free of charge).

The apartment is equipped to comfortably accommodate 4 persons in 2 double rooms. One of them has a balcony hidden below the kiwi tree.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, stove, oven, pans, pots, glasses, cutlery, etc.

The spacious living room has a direct exit to a 15m2 size balcony, which is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise or the colourful sunset. The view from the balcony is to the sea, the bay and nearby islands (Supetar, Mrkan & Bobara).

SmartTv, air-condition and WI-FI are available at no additional charge.

There is another apartment on the same floor in case you wish to consider a holiday together with friends or family (same size only different furniture).

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und prima ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse mit Meeresblick war wunderbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten mit sämtlichen Fragen zu ihnen kommen. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen.

Schöner Urlaub in Mlini

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sprechen sehr gut deutsch. FeWo war ausreichend groß für 4 Personen, alles sehr sauber und gute Küchenausstattung. Zu Fuß (5min) über Treppen und einen Park zum kleinen Strand.

Lovely place and host

Maria and her family were amazing hosts and a good source to all the info you need to have a peaceful and lovely stay in Croatia. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything you needed. The balcony had a lovely view over the Srebreno-harbour and the Adriatic Sea. In the garage there is possible to wash clothes or towles, and there is also several parasols and other beach equipment there. There are two bakeries by the house where you can buy fresh bread etc. in the morning. 10 minutes to the beach, you just have to cross the road (be careful when crossing - no pedestrian walk) and down some steps that take you to crystal clear water! You can rent sunbeds (30/40kuna) and parasols (40/50kuna) several places. We were not bothered by any noise from the road in the night. Amazing to stay a bit secluded and quiet but still have the oppurtunity to get to Dubrovnik with either boat (a must) or taxi. In the evening you can walk to Mlini to have a few more restaurant options. Nearby the apartment we highly recommend «Puntizela» by the water for both lunch and dinner. Maria and her family is very friendly and makes sure that you have an amazing stay!

Super Unterkunft und ein tolles Ort!

Wir haben uns sofort bei Maria willkommen gefühlt, als wir verspätet am Haus ankamen. Maria und ihre Familie leben im gleichen Haus und daher besteht immer die Möglichkeit sie oder ihre Eltern anzusprechen. Auf Deutsch, Englisch, Kroatisch oder auch Italienisch können jederzeit Fragen gestellt werden und man kann sicher sein, dass geholfen wird. Wir hatten vor allem mit Marias Eltern Kontakt und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles war jederzeit sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Terasse hatte einen tollen Meerblick und man konnte dort essen, sich auf den Liegestühlen sonnen und mit anderen Urlaubern in Kontakt treten. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt, da der Weg zum Strand kurz war und es eine direkte und günstige Busverbindung nach Dubrovnik gibt (tolle Stadt). Vielen Dank nochmal für die Gastfreundschaft, wir würden gerne wiederkommen! Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland!
