This special villa originally dates from the 16th century and was renovated in 2011. On the Ground floor of this beautiful villa you can find a fully equipped master kitchen and dining area, a charming decorated living room, one room with a bathroom, while on the first floor of the villa you can find beautiful 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped utility kitchen and a beautiful large glazed terrace with a stunning views of the beautiful landscape. In the courtyard of the villa you can find a charming pool of 36m2 with an integrated whirlpool. The pool is surrounded by 15 sun loungers and the entire courtyard of the villa is completely enclosed by a stone and hedge wall. Our guests also have 2 barbecues (gas and charcoal) at disposal, for an unforgettable meal in the family atmosphere and also 2 garage and 2 outdoor parking spaces. Additional amenities include a badminton court, basketball court, ballot game area and a children's playground.



The beautiful town of Mlini was once a centre of the mill industry and an old historical settlement in the area of the municipality of Dubrovnik. This small town has everything, rich history, the coast and the river Zavrelje. Beautiful pebble beaches and sheltered coves make Mlini one of the most beautiful places in the area.
