Fair enough, when we came down at 8 he had an un-corked breathing bottle of his red wine , and a HUGE spread of Anti-pasto. Crusty fresh bread, 5 or so hot dishes, a fennel salad, local cheeses, prosciutto etc. It was fabulous. After stuffing ourselves for over an hour, he asked about our Second. We politely declined. The room was comfortable with a balcony over looking the countryside. In the morning when we walked out on the balcony we were met be the sounds of farm animals and a spectacular view.
