Located above a destination shoe boutique in the downtown shopping district, this 2 bedroom VRBO is one of 4 apartments on the 2nd level of one of the oldest buildings in Zumbrota. Just a block or two from the Goodhue Pioneer Trail and the Covered Bridge Park, with the only covered bridge still remaining in Minnesota. It's a quick 3 block walk to the historic State Theatre. The grocery store and convenience store are right around the corner.

Small town stay
Visiting family, and this was like a home away from home. A beautiful space in a beautiful building, very friendly downtown. The space was super comfortable, and the host thought of everything that we would need! We will be staying here again.

Family Graduation
We came for a family graduation in Zumbrota. It was great staying at Connie's place. Very nice like a home away from home. She has quite a few little touches that she provided, so very nice. We will definately be back.

I grew up in a small town and now I live in a big city. I had forgotten just how quiet small town living is. The host had the best set up for us. Her place is better than some 4 star hotels I've stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect, I just wish I had more time to enjoy our stay. I'm really excited about my next visit in her area. I can only hope that this place is available.

What a cute little apartment with everything you need. Two nice bedrooms and a large living area. Balcony is fun and you can see the covered bridge! Connie is a brilliant host and made everything super easy. We loved it!

Great stay during a sad time!
This was my second stay at this property. Connie, the property host was very responsive and thoughtful the entire time. The apartment was clean, well stocked with all you need plus extras like bottled water and a few snacks. Connie went above and beyond leaving fresh flowers at the door the day that we arrived, knowing I was there due to the declining health of my dad. She also helped extend my stay after my dad passed away and I ended up in the hospital. She is a phenomenal property host and my daughter and I appreciate the accommodations provided during our time of loss.

Better Than Any Hotel
My mom and I stayed here because I couldn't find a hotel in the area for our dates. I am SO happy we couldn't find a hotel! This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect. We got to share space but still have our own bedrooms. The apartment was clean, comfortable and little things like a basket of snacks and water in the fridge were so appreciated!
