No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. "This is a beautiful hotel/farm just outside of the cute little village of San Danielle. The views of the countryside, the towns and the mountains is inspiring. The room was ultra comfortable and well-equipped. Our host Rosa made us feel very welcomed and cared for. The breakfast was great (local products); too bad we missed the restaurant!! "This property fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, a large swimming pool, and a table tennis table. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. "This was a stunning property in a stunning area of real, non-touristy Italy. The villa was furnished in a traditional rustic style and was comfortable and well equipped. The outside . area was particularly inviting with lots of space to eat and a pool to die for. My 4 grandchildren, aged between 2 and 6, had to be dragged away from it! The countryside Is beautiful with the backdrop of the Dolomites and Venice was an easy train ride away from Conegliano station which has free parking. We visited...

"The apartment was clean, great location, and supplied with all essential we needed for the stay. There was only one problem: there was a lack of communication regarding parking.
