Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus genossen. Das Haus ist schön geräumig und ist mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Das Grundstück hat eine schöne Größe. Der beheizte Pool war für unsere Kinder das Highlight.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa géré par Sebastien. Pas de mauvaise surprise tout était conforme au descriptif de l annonce. A 5min en voiture des premiers commerces et 10 min de la plage de Pinarellu. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter 😃

Super villa, super location, super propriétaire
Villa en état neuf correspondant en tout point à l'annonce. Villa magnifique dans un endroit tres calme, bien équipée, avec de bonnes literies et jouissant d'une excellente situation. D'autre part le propriétaire est vraiment très sympa! En bref, je recommande vivement cette location.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt zentral für Ausflüge in die Berge, Strand oder Einkäufe. Der Vermieter ist sofort zur Stelle wenn nötig. Nicht gefallen hat uns : fehlender Sonnenschutz beim Pool/ Terrasse. Das Haus liegt direkt an der tagsüber vielbefahrenen Zufahrtsstraße zum Strand, nachts aber ruhig. Große, seit Jahren stillliegende, Baustelle hinter dem Haus, welche leider den herrlichen Blick auf die Berge verwährt. Wir hatten ein Wäschepaket für €120 dazugebucht(8 Handtücher und Bettwäsche für 4 Personen),das leider für die zwei Wochen keinen Wechsel beinhaltete. Waschmaschine war aber vor Ort.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in sehr schönem Ferienhaus
Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in der Vorsaison Ende Juni verbracht. Die Insel war relativ leer, gleichzeitig war aber alles schon geöffnet. Sebastian hat uns auf dem zentral gelegenen Parkplatz vor der Post empfangen und zum Haus begleitet. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in super Zustand (7 Jahre alt) und super sauber. Sebastian war ein immer zu erreichender sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter. Das Haus steht auf einer kleinen Anlage mit 4 Häusern. Die Abstände unter den Häusern sind sehr großzügig. Terrasse und Pool sind wunderbar und nicht einsehbar. Unsere beiden Jungs (4 und 6 Jahre alt) haben den ca. 8x4m großen Pool geliebt. Die Lage ist relativ gut. Es befinden sich mehrere Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung. Wer kochen möchte findet einen Gasgrill und ein gut ausgestattete Küche vor. Im Ort gibt es einen großen Supermarkt mit Frischfleisch- und Fischtheke und sonst alles was man benötigt. Strände und Strandbars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und in fünf Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Pool in guter Lage. Mit Auto ist alles gut zu erreichen, Strand, Supermarkt und für Ausflüge. Sébastien ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter Hat uns sehr gefallen, vielen Dank Sébastien.

Nous sommes une famille franco-allemand avec 4 enfants. L'accueil de Sebastien fut agréable et chaleureux. Sebastien a été toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous a toujours très bien conseillés. Sa villa est spacieuse, confortable et très bien aménagée. Ce fut un plaisir de profiter de la très belle piscine pour les jeunes comme pour les adultes. La villa est située à quelques minutes de la plage de Pinarellu et des commerces de St. Lucie de Porto Vecchio. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette superbe location. Merci beaucoup, Sebastien!

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen. Das Haus ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind alle klimatisiert. Der Strand ist nur 5 Fahrminuten vom Haus entfernt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Schönes Haus, toller Pool, geeignet für Familien
Wir waren mit 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) für 2 Wochen hier. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Pool und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist perfekt für Kinder, da sowohl eine Kindersicherung zur Verfügung steht, als auch am Rand des Pools eine kleine umlaufende Stufe innen vorhanden ist. Es ist alles da, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht (Filterkaffeemaschine, Nespressomaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, 3-Plattenherd, Weber-Gasgrill, kleiner Sonnenschirm). Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet. Für 6 Erwachsene evtl. etwas klein. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, da es zum schönen Strand rd. 3 km sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (SPAR-Markt und Bäcker und kleine Lebensmittelhändler) und Restaurants im Ort. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und Pauline und Sébastien stehen immer schnell, hilfsbereit und freundlich zur Verfügung.

Unser Urlaub Ende Mai / Anfang Juni 2016 war einfach traumhaft. Die Lage des Hauses, die Ausstattung, der Garten und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf unser Anliegen, die Pumpe für den Pool abends abzustellen, reagierte er sofort. Wir würden dieses Feriendomizil jederzeit unseren Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfehlen.
